Postdoc Inquiries

There are currently no available postdoc positions in the lab. Opportunities will be announced through evoldir and ecoevojobs among other public international channels when available. I will support your competetive fellowship applications where our interests overlap or complement each other. I have prior experience with NSF, USDA, and ERC postdoc fellowship programs and am always looking for opportunities to support international scientists too.

Graduate Student Inquiries

I will be recruiting graduate students for 2027. The NCSU application deadline is mid-January, but those interested in joining the lab should send me an email in advance to discuss current projects and your research goals. I am happy to support GRFP applicants in advance of matriculation into the program as well.

Undergradute Student Inquiries

The lab is here to support undergraduate research at NCSU! If you are looking for your first research experience, reach out so we can discuss options to get you started in the lab, herbarium, field, or doing computational analyses. I will likely ask you to volunteer a bit while you learn a few basics and find the right fit. We can find options to do research for credit too.

If you have prior experience relevant to the research goals, we can opportunities with modest funding. This includes internal funding at NCSU, but I will support your competitive proposals as well.
