New Publication in PNAS

The lab has a new publication in the Proceeding of the National Academy of Sciences. It is a perspective piece that is intended to provide guidance for a wide audience on the use and interpretation of phylogenetic networks. The manuscript represents several years of ongoing collaborations between the Tiley lab and the Solís-Lemus lab at UW-Madison while also highlighting future research directions at the intersection of computational phylogenetics and plant biology.
